Stanley Ipu

Managing Director, TKI

A highly respected member of the Papua New Guinean community, Stanley is also a leading example of entrepreneurial success in the country.

He has energetically driven the growth of TKI since he founded it as a small labour hire start-up in 1989, to become a diversified business employing almost 1,000 people today. Stanley has proudly achieved this while seeing TKI remain 100 per cent PNG-owned.

 

Peter Pridgeon

General Manager, TKI

Peter comes from a business and engineering background. Originally from the UK where he completed an Engineering cadetship (HNC) and Diploma in Management (Dip.Mgm.) with a shipbuilding company.

He has worked in seven different countries and believes that the safety of employees is at the forefront and should be the guideline for every decision. He is proud of TKI’s record of zero harm under his management.

   

Nihal Wickramasinghe

Financial Controller, TKI

Nihal holds memberships with CPA PNG, Austraila and an associate member of CIMA UK.

With more than 22 years in the financial field, Nihal brings a wealth of international experience having worked in such industries as manufacturing, construction, agriculture and service.

 

 

 

Patrick Enda

Human Resources Manager, TKI

Patrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology.

He has 13 years working experience as religious and social worker in areas of pastoral care; training and formation, counselling; teaching, management and administration.

Patrick heads our Human Resources Department with his team and ensures that all our other departments are functioning well and all staff together with their benefits & entitlements are better managed.

   

Ian Guevarra

Logistics Manager, TKI

With a background in engineering, Ian possesses a wealth of international experience in supply and logistics.

 His has shown a deep understanding of the company’s objective as he continues to adapt to new changes and maintaining on-time deliveries of procured materials.

 

 

Elizah Kalopa

Manager, TKI Security

A senior Police Constable with 10 years’ experience in the Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary, Elizah holds a Bachelor of Management Degree from Divine Word University.

He now manages a staff of over 100 security personnel on multiple sites around the country. Elizah aims to build upskilled security personnel to provide a safe and secured work environment for clients

Reginald Ope

Manager, TKI Construction

Holding a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the University of Technology in Lae, Reginald heads TKI Construction.

Overseeing a workforce of almost 50 experienced carpenters, painters, plumbers and scaffolders, Reg continues to push TKI Construction forward, providing a complete and professional package to clients.

Aidan Shannon

Electrical Manager, TKI

Experienced and qualified dual trade Electrician & Instrumentation Technician with an Advanced Diploma In Electrical Engineering. Aidan has over 16 years across the mining, construction, commercial, residential, utilities power and domestic sectors in Australia and overseas.

He looks forward to the continuous development and expansion of the Electrical division to be able to provide clients a top quality service.

Christopher Barre

Manpower Site Manager, TKI

Holding a Masters in Strategic Management, Christopher Barre aims  to further establish Manpower as the paramount labour hire company in the province.

With his enhanced qualifications and broad experience in the area of Human Resource Management, he believes that implementing simple management skills can get more people engaged and feel part of an organization as a whole.
