Maintaining Standards Through Team Growth

To ensure that our operations run smoothly, safely and efficiently, there is a dedicated network of internal divisions supporting the front-line team, making sure they have the resources needed to make their day to day operations a success.

Stuart Tasi , TKI’s  mess operations supervisor is one of those dedicated team members. Stuart makes sure that breakfast, lunch and dinner are served on time seven days a week while meeting vigorous health, hygiene and safety requirements.

Over the past few weeks Stuart has been studying and completing a TKI sponsored online food hygiene course. Stuart completed his level 3 food safety & hygiene for supervisors on the 20/06/2020, a course accredited by City & Guilds. This course has given Stuart extra skills to grow his team and mess operation, ensuring at all times they can operate in the safest and most hygienic capacity possible.
