TKIs Safety and Quality Assurance divisions have moved to entirely digital reporting. This includes site inspections, internal operational audits and all safety equipment checks. Each report is unique to specific operations or locations, allowing the inspector to provide custom insight into the operational standards of TKI.
Each site safety officer is issued with a tablet, they conduct site audits based on a pre-determined roster, the audits are custom built to ensure they encompass what TKI believe are the minimal requirements of safety and operational professionalism within all works carried out.
Reports are fed live back to base and assessed for any non-conformances within operations. These non-conformances are passed on to the appropriate senior personnel in order for the non-conformance to be rectified. This ensures our team are safe within their tasks and our operations run smoothly and professionally at all times.
