Last night the team at TKI participated in our second round of sports, which will be taking place weekly over the course of the coming months. This week was volleyball with basketball following next week.
We understand that physical health has a direct influence on the mental health of our team and encourage the participation of all employees. An hour’s exercise in the evening improves sleep patterns, reduces stress and encourages positive behaviors.
Over the coming months TKI will begin to increase its employee health programs, with the expected arrival of an employee health promotion officer joining the team in august, a focus on our teams wellbeing is becoming priority for TKI.
